Matt Papic is responsible for coordinating work in the food processing pilot plant regarding teaching, research, and processing activities. Matt received his B.S. in Food Science from the Department of Food Science and Technology at The Ohio State University. After graduation and prior to working with the Food Industries Center, Matt worked in the food processing industry where he gained experience on production processes, quality assurance, and sensory evaluation.
