We are now accepting registrations for our 2016 Better Process Control School. This four day course satisfies the training requirements specified in both the FDA and USDA regulations designed to prevent public health problems in low-acid and acidified low-acid canned foods.
This year's course will be held on March 14-17, 2016 on the campus of the Ohio State Univeristy in Columbus, Ohio.
