  1. Better Process Control School meets FDA & USDA regulations

    The Food Industries Center is hosting Ohio State’s 52nd annual Better Process Control School (BPCS) on March 14-17, 2022. BPCS satisfies the training requirements specified in both the FDA and USDA regulations designed to prevent public health problems in low-acid and acidified low-acid canned foods. Daily lectures by distinguished speakers, covering food safety topics including microbiology, acidified and low-acid foods, container closures and handling, thermal processing, and records and recordkeeping will be covered.

  2. Get All Your HACCP and FSMA Training Needs at Once!

    The Food Industries Center is offering an Introductory HACCP Workshop on April 20 - 21, 2021 and FSPCA - Preventive Controls for Human Food Training on April 27 - 29, 2021. Both trainings will be offered online with live instruction.
