Sensory evaluation

SENSORY: a scientific discipline that is used to evoke, measure, analyze and interpret reactions to stimuli perceived through the senses.
Our mission is to support the Food Industries Center and the stakeholders by providing accurate, relevant sensory information through the use of scientifically sound and innovative sensory techniques. This includes, but is not limited to, fundamental and applied research measuring the impact of consumer products such as food, beverages and personal care products for the perception of taste, smell, pungency, touch and appearance related cognitively as preference, liking, acceptability and purchase intent.
