The Food Industries Center (FIC) at The Ohio State University offers a number of services to private companies and state institutions involved in the food processing industry. The FIC's primary outreach is to existing and start-up food-related enterprises in Ohio; however, it also offers services to entities outside of Ohio. Additionally, the FIC offers product and process development, contract research, food analysis, sensory analysis, short courses, and other services. All initial consultations are confidential and free.
