Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
This short course trains food industry employees on how to prevent or reduce most of the food safety problems faced by the food processing industry. Classes are taught by food safety experts and cover important issues such as food microbiology, foodborne illness, personal hygiene, plant sanitation and pest control, time and temperature controls, food cross contamination, food allergens, and plant security.
