Course Instructions

  • ON THE FIRST DAY

    • NOTE: Arrive by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 17th.
    • Report to Kottman Hall Room 103, to register, pick-up your textbook, your identification badge, agenda and parking permit.
  • CLASS SCHEDULES

    Weekday Start Time End Time Activities
    Monday 8:00 AM 9:00 AM Registration
    9:00 AM 5:00 PM Class (with 1 hour reserved for lunch*)
    Tuesday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Class (with 1 hour reserved for lunch*)
    Wednesday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Class (with 1 hour reserved for lunch*)
    Thursday 8:00 AM 1:00 PM Class, then a tour of the Food Industries Center Pilot Plants
    * Boxed Lunch provided, if ordered
  • COURSE LOCATION

    • Classes are held in Room 103, Kottman Hall, The Ohio State University campus.
  • SUPPLIES

    • Bring note paper and hi-lighters.
    • Pencils are provided.
  • CLOTHING

    • Dress is casual.
    • Weather varies in Columbus, so be prepared.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellations: Must be received seven days before the course date to receive complete refund minus $30 fee.
    • Substitutions: Are permitted, but please notify us as soon as possible so that materials can be properly identified.
  • LODGING
