Course Instructions

• ON THE FIRST DAY

  • NOTE: Arrive by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 17th.
  • Report to Kottman Hall Room 103, to register, pick-up your textbook, your identification badge, agenda and parking permit.

  Tuesday	8:00 AM	5:00 PM	Class (with 1 hour reserved for lunch*)
  Wednesday	8:00 AM	5:00 PM	Class (with 1 hour reserved for lunch*)
  Thursday	8:00 AM	1:00 PM	Class, then a tour of the Food Industries Center Pilot Plants

  * Boxed Lunch provided, if ordered

• COURSE LOCATION

  • Classes are held in Room 103, Kottman Hall, The Ohio State University campus.

• SUPPLIES

  • Bring note paper and hi-lighters.
  • Pencils are provided.

• CLOTHING

  • Dress is casual.
  • Weather varies in Columbus, so be prepared.

• CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations: Must be received seven days before the course date to receive complete refund minus $30 fee.
  • Substitutions: Are permitted, but please notify us as soon as possible so that materials can be properly identified.

• LODGING

  • A block of rooms has been reserved at the University Plaza Hotel for persons attending our School at a rate of $97/day + tax.
  • Daily transportation to OSU is provided.
  • To make reservations, please call (614) 267-7461 or toll free at (877) 677-5292, or e-mail the Reservations Manager at osuplazareservations@ameritech.com.
  • Be sure to specify that you are attending the Better Process Control School at OSU to obtain the special rate.
  • Make your reservations as soon as possible in order to guarantee availability.
